SHIPPING

Shipments are sent out 3-5 business days after order is received.

Custom orders can take longer, and it will be specified once an order is accepted

ORDERS

Please review all orders upon receiving to ensure accuracy and contact us immediately if you have any questions.

RETURNS

Returns are not accepted.  However, if an agreement is reached, product must be in original condition. Products must be returned by the customer using the customer shipping method. Gina Exquisite Designs will not send a call tag/label to pick up returned product.

Returns are NOT accepted for handmade items.

RESTOCKING FEE

Customer will be assessed a 25% restocking fee on all products returned.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

Please contact us as soon as your shipment is received and provide us with a picture of the item for review.  After confirmation, we will replace it provided that we have stock available, or a refund will be issued as soon as the incorrect item is received in the same condition as it was when it was shipped to you. A return label will be provided by Gina Exquisite Designs.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders require 100% payment in advance.  Non-REFUNDABLE If an order is cancelled 48 hours after placing your order. I'd need to cover my time & the cost of the materials that were purchased for the design as this was specifically for you. 

TRANSIT DAMAGE

Transit damage must be reported as soon as the order is received.  Please submit pictures of the damage for review. After confirmation, we will replace it provided that we have stock available, or a refund will be issued. A return label will be provided by Gina Exquisite Designs.
